To determine if your heart is beating normally, you can check your pulse. Place your index and middle fingers on the inside of your wrist, just below the base of your thumb. Count the number of beats you feel in 15 seconds and then multiply by 4 to get your heart rate per minute. A normal resting heart rate for adults is typically between 60-100 beats per minute. If you notice any irregularities in your heart rate or experience symptoms such as chest pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath, it's important to seek medical attention. **
